A Regenerative Sampling Mine

Homestead Diamonds is a regenerative diamond sampling and mining operation whose mission is to contribute towards equitable, climate change resilient and sustainable mining by improving biodiversity and developing ecosystems that contribute to health and well-being of the environment, our people and the animals that form part of Homestead Diamonds.

The Homestead Project

The Homestead project, located in the Free State, South Africa, previously known as Kaalvallei or the Samada diamond mine, consists of a previously mined kimberlite pipe and associated surface deposits including oversize stockpiles and various types of tailing dumps.

An Organic Farm

Sustainable Farming can restore the environment to a state that supports a healthy, stable and resilient society. We want to rebuild the topsoil and habitat lost due to mining activities by fundamentally shifting agriculture to the benefit of the planet and those that are vitally responsible for growing our food in a regenerative way.
